FIRST STEP - Verification of All Parties Involved in the Funding Agreement

Notary Funding reserves the right to request additional information related to any or all of the parties at its sole discretion, as it considers necessary, without any obligation to provide a reason or explanation.

If the provided information is considered incomplete, Notary Funding reserves the right to reject confirmation of the first step.

If the provided information is considered to be sufficient by Notary Funding, the first step is passed.

SECOND STEP - Funding Agreement Verification

The funding source must submit the draft funding agreement based on which they intend to provide funds to the beneficiary.

After the preliminary verification, Notary Funding reserves the right to request whatever changes it considers necessary, without any obligation to provide an explanation.

The funding source must make all of the requested changes and sumbit the second version of the draft funding agreement (this procedure may be requested multiple times, until a proper draft funding agreement is reached).

FINAL STEP - Funding Agreement Certification

When ready, the funding source can submit the draft funding agreement to be certified in order for the beneficiary of funds to access the money.

Notary Funding shall verify the draft funding agreement and, if it considers necesarry, at its sole discretion, without any obligation to provide a reason or explanation, it may ask for changes or may reject certification.

If Notary Funding considers the draft acceptable after verification, the funding agreement shall be certified.
